Sketchnotes

At a conference, 'UX London', in 2016 I attended a workshop run by Eva-Lotta Lamm.  She is an designer and sketchnote artist.  

Eva-Lotta introduced us to the book 'The Sketchnote Handbook' by Mike Rohde, that continues to inspire me everyday.

Since then I have used sketches in my work.  I also find that I listen differently to presentations if I am sketchnoting.  This is because when I am sketching, I'm not capturing every word, but what impacts and what makes a difference to me.

I like to use visual communication in my work, it can be a very powerful tool.
